GENERAL INFORMATION VISA APPLICATION
REQUIREMENTS:
A completely filled out application form ( Printed or in Capital Letters)
A passport that has to be valid at least six (6) months on arrival date in Suriname.
A two way ticket or a print out of the flight schedule.
One passport photo.
A business letter for a business visa.
An invitation letter for a business visa.
CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS: a letter signed by both parents or legal guardians stating that they have no objections against the visa application of their child(ren). This letter must be notarized. Please send us also a copy of both parent's IDs.

Non-US-passports
Persons from Surinam origin can apply for a 03 (three) years multiple entry tourist visa for US$ 200.00
PLEASE NOTE:
1. You can apply your visa in person at our office
2. You can apply your visa by mail: in this case, please send us an additional money order of US$ 16.00 ( for the return of your passport in the USA) made payable to the Consulate General of Suriname. If you apply your visa from outside the USA, please contact our office to determine the return mailing fee.
PAYMENT:
CASH or MONEYORDER made payable to the Consulate-General of Suriname.
We do not accept personal checks.
